Sehela Space is Now a Clean Air Zone: Breathe Healthier, Flow Better
Sehela Space x Nafas: Creating a Cleaner Space for Mindful Breathing
As part of Sehela Space’s commitment to fostering a healthier and more sustainable environment, Sehela Space is collaborating with Nafas through the Clean Air Zone program, a three-month initiative designed to ensure that every practice takes place in healthier air.
A Calm Space Begins with Healthier Air
In cities like Jakarta, air pollution quietly follows us everywhere, even indoors. Tiny particles like PM2.5 and rising CO₂ levels can affect how our body and mind feel, especially during deep breathing and meditation.
At Sehela Space, your breath is sacred.
During the Clean Air Zone period, the air in Sehela Space is monitored and filtered in real time, helping maintain optimal air quality for every inhale and exhale throughout your practice.
It’s more than just healthy air, it’s peace of mind with every breath.
What is Clean Air Zone?
Many people rely on air purifiers at home or in studios, but purification alone doesn’t always guarantee healthy air. Often, we don’t have a clear way to know whether the air is truly healthy, or if the system is working effectively.
That’s why Nafas created Clean Air Zone an integrated air quality management service that ensures the air you breathe indoors remains consistently healthy. Each Clean Air Zone combines:
- Real-time air quality monitoring
- Routine maintenance & optimization
- Centralized data dashboard, accessible through the Nafas App
Through this network, yoga studios, schools, offices, gyms, and homes can maintain environments that nurture wellbeing, all visible on the Clean Air Zone Directory within the Nafas App, helping more people find truly healthy spaces to breathe and move.
Sehela Space: Where Wellness Meets Healthy Air
For Sehela Space, this collaboration represents a reflection of its holistic. Yoga is about alignment: of body, breath, and space.
Now, during the Clean Air Zone period, the air that surrounds every class supports that harmony, allowing your practice to unfold in balance and clarity.
As Jakarta’s air quality fluctuates through seasons and pollution peaks, Sehela Space sets a thoughtful example of what a mindful, health-conscious studio can be.
Healthy Air Inside Sehela Space

During the Clean Air Zone installation, continuous monitoring showed a clear difference between outdoor and indoor air quality:
- Outdoor PM2.5 levels reached 51 µg/m³, categorized as unhealthy for sensitive groups.
- Inside Sehela Space, PM2.5 levels averaged 5 µg/m³, classified as good according to WHO air quality standards.
This sharp contrast demonstrates how the Clean Air Zone system effectively filters pollutants, transforming polluted outdoor air into a healthier indoor environment. Every session at Sehela Space takes place in healthier air — helping your body and mind truly restore.
Feel the difference with healthier air for a calmer, deeper practice.
